My preseason training has begun
I spent the past few weeks updating the blog with a new theme. I continue to make updates with the theme but let me know what you think about it.
This year has been busy for me. Things have been busy but I like that. I’m looking forward to what a great 2012 this will be.
I spent a few hours in January watching videos from NYSCA, the National Youth Sports Coaches Association and attended a first aid class.
Video one
The first video covered the ethics the league expects of their coaches. The video lasted an hour.
Video Two
The second video covered children’s sports and the impact coaches have on the players. Additionally, guidance was given to keep practice fun, working with parents, and other coaches.
The next post I’ll highlight some stretches that are recommended. So be sure to come back.
If you want to stay updated on the posts on the blog and other teeball related information, the blog is also on the Google RSS feed, Facebook and Twitter.
The Teeball Baseball Blog Facebook fanpage like button is on the right. Just click it and you’ll know when a new update is posted.
On the Twitter page, teeball updates are posted on when new leagues are starting and other valuable tips that you won’t find on the blog.
Are you getting ready for a new season?
Take care,
Cal
